Where is my coffee roasted?

All of our coffee is roasted fresh to order at our Sheffield roastery.

Do you sell pre-ground coffee?

We believe that coffee is best enjoyed when freshly ground. That said, we appreciate not everyone has that spare minute in the morning to grind their coffee, and so we offer several different grind styles alongside whole beans. 

How should I brew my coffee?

It's all down to personal preference, it's incredible the different flavours you can achieve! You can check out our Brew Guides for more detailed information, but we can wholeheartedly recommend the AeroPress as a great place to start at home or in the great outdoors.

How long will my coffee last?

We would recommend enjoying your coffee within the first 4 weeks of it being roasted. The coffee should not spoil after this, but will lose some of the incredible aromas and flavours.

How should I store my coffee?

It's best to only grind the amount of coffee you plan on using each day, storing the rest in an airtight container away from direct sun, heat and humidity. Our coffee pouches have been specifically designed to do exactly that!

Can I bulk buy coffee for my office?

Shipping

When will my coffee arrive?

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order, and ship all coffee within 24 hours of the beans being roasted to ensure you get the freshest coffee possible. We will update you via email once your order has been shipped and notify you of any relevant tracking information.

We ship via Royal Mail for small orders, which typically arrive within 1-3 working days. For orders that weigh in excess of 2kg we use DPD 'Next Day Delivery' which, as you might have guessed, arrive the next working day once shipped. 

Do you ship internationally?

We do! It may not always be the most cost-effective way to get your caffeine fix, but we do ship all of our products to most countries. Please note that we are not responsible for any import taxes or duties on products that are delivered to you.
